Packing Case Reconditioning - Lapping
High pressure rod packing cases machined & lapped to extremely close tolerances. Assembled and pressure tested with new packings & seals.

Piston & Piston Rod Refurbishment
We can manufacture new pistons plus reclaim or modify existing assemblies. Non-metallic ring conversions, anodised hard coating as well as one piece rider ring installation are additional services we provide. Recoating of piston rods in the packing sealing area with most available proprietary coating products including Tungsten Carbide using the HVOF process.

Cylinder Reconditioning

Full cylinder & head reconditioning including chemical cleaning, boring or resleeving, honing and valve pocket repairs.
Plus if the cylinder has to be bored oversize, we can supply oversize rings to suit which offers a substantial cost savings.

Lubricator Panel Upgrades
In conjunction with Sloan Brothers Lubrication Systems we offer a design service based on decades of practical experienced and can build your upgraded lubrication system to meet your needs.

Compressor Rebuilds
On site or in our workshop, we offer total compressor rebuilds while installing our spare parts and implementing upgrades with cylinder rings, packings & valves.

Fuller Vane Compressors
